Morning Healing Drink: Apple Cider Vinegar Remedy

Instructions

  1. Warm one cup of filtered water — make sure it’s not boiling, just comfortably warm.

 

  1. Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to the water, then stir gently.

 

  1. Mix in honey for a mild sweetness, and optionally add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined and drink immediately on an empty stomach.
