Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar
Wet ingredients
- 1½ cups warm water (not hot)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp instant dry yeast
Topping
- Mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame)
