Ingredients
5 apples
Juice of 1 lemon
160 g sugar (+ 1 tablespoon for apples)
2 eggs
130 g flour
300 ml milk
125 ml yogurt
1 sachet baking powder
Vanilla icing sugar to taste
70 ml sunflower oil

Preparing the apples:
Wash and peel the apples. Slice them and place them in a bowl with the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix and set aside.
