Description

Ingredients (2–3 servings)
For the chicken
1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp oil
For the sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)
¼ cup chicken broth or water
1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thicker sauce)
Vegetables
2 cups broccoli florets
Optional: carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
