Ingredients (2–3 servings)

For the chicken

  • 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tbsp oil

For the sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)

  • ¼ cup chicken broth or water

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional for thicker sauce)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • Optional: carrots, bell peppers, snap peas
