Easy 20-Minute Healthy Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Instructions

1. Prep the sauce

Whisk together:

  • soy sauce

  • honey

  • vinegar

  • garlic

  • ginger

  • broth

  • (add cornstarch if you want the sauce thicker)

Set aside.


2. Cook the chicken

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high.

  2. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  4. Remove from the pan.


3. Cook broccoli

  1. In the same pan, add a splash of water.

  2. Add broccoli and cook 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.


4. Combine

  1. Return chicken to the pan.

  2. Pour the stir-fry sauce over everything.

  3. Cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli.


Serve With

  • Steamed rice

  • Noodles

  • Cauliflower rice

  • Quinoa


Optional Add-Ins

  • Red pepper flakes for heat

  • Sesame seeds

  • A drizzle of sesame oil at the end

  • Cashews or peanuts for crunch
