Instructions
1. Prep the sauce
Whisk together:
soy sauce
honey
vinegar
garlic
ginger
broth
(add cornstarch if you want the sauce thicker)
Set aside.
2. Cook the chicken
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high.
Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Remove from the pan.
3. Cook broccoli
In the same pan, add a splash of water.
Add broccoli and cook 3–4 minutes until bright green and crisp-tender.
4. Combine
Return chicken to the pan.
Pour the stir-fry sauce over everything.
Cook 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli.

Cauliflower rice
Quinoa
Optional Add-Ins
Red pepper flakes for heat
Sesame seeds
A drizzle of sesame oil at the end
Cashews or peanuts for crunch
