Zesty Lemon Butter Fish Fillet

Ingredients:

2–4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, haddock, or snapper)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

2 tbsp olive oil (or butter, for searing)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

Lemon slices, for garnish
