Stuffed Samoa Cookies Recipe

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, caramel bits, and toasted coconut.
Scoop dough into large balls (about 3 tbsp each), flatten slightly, and place on the baking sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft. Cool slightly.
Drizzle with extra melted chocolate and caramel if you want to make them extra decadent.
