Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
