1. Preparing the dough:
Pour the flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Mix the ingredients.
Add the oil and warm water. Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer until it becomes spongy in texture.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for 60 minutes to rise. ⏱️
2. Preparing the pan:
Grease a loaf pan with oil and lightly dust it with flour.
Transfer the risen dough into the pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the top of the dough with dried herbs. 🌿
3. Baking:
Place the pan with the dough in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F).
Bake the bread for 50 minutes (top and bottom heat function). 🔥
After baking, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. 🥰
