Paula Deen–Style 5-Minute Fudge

 

 

1. Combine the evaporated milk, sugar, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring frequently until it reaches a steady boil.

2. Let it bubble gently for about 5 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until they melt into a smooth mixture.

4. Add the vanilla and pecans, blending everything together evenly.

5. Spread the warm fudge into a buttered dish, smooth the top, and allow it to cool until firm.

6. Slice into squares and enjoy!
