  • ¾ cup buttermilk, room temperature preferred (175ml)

Vanilla Bean Frosting;

    • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened (226g/7.9 oz)
    • ¼ teaspoon table salt
    • 3 cups powdered sugar (375g/13.2 oz)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1-2 Tablespoons heavy cream (as needed)
