2 cups fresh blueberries (washed & fully dried)
¾ cup thick Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
2 tbsp raw honey (or maple syrup)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Zest of ½ lemon or orange
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa)
1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil (for melting chocolate)
Optional toppings: chopped pistachios, crushed almonds, sesame seeds
