High Protein Triple Berry Bake – Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour (or rolled oats), honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, lemon zest, and baking powder. Mix until everything is well combined.
3. Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to crush them.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
