Instructions
1. Prep the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper so the cheese doesn’t stick to the pan.
2. Season the Cauliflower
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix thoroughly until every piece is well-coated.
> Pro Tip: Make sure the cauliflower is very dry after washing it; moisture is the enemy of crunch!

3. Add the Cheese
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower. Toss gently once more so the cheese sticks to the oiled surface of the florets.
4. Roast to Perfection
Spread the cauliflower out on the baking sheet in a single layer. Do not crowd the pan, or they will steam instead of roasting. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
5. Flip Halfway
Flip the florets halfway through the cooking time to ensure they get golden brown and crispy on all sides.
6. Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven once they are tender inside and deeply golden outside. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately while hot!
