
Crispy Fried Chicken with Noodles & Sweet Chili Glaze
1. Prepare Chicken
- Slice chicken breasts lengthwise.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder.
2. Make Crispy Batter
- Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, pepper.
- Dip chicken into dry mix → buttermilk → dry mix again.
- Press well for extra crunch.
3. Fry
- Heat oil to 170–175°C (340°F).
- Fry chicken 5–6 minutes until deep golden and crispy.
- Drain on rack or paper towel.
4. Make Glaze
- Simmer all glaze ingredients for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
- Brush or drizzle over fried chicken.
5. Creamy Noodles
- Cook noodles until al dente.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic.
- Add cream, salt, pepper.
- Toss noodles until silky.
6. Serve
- Plate noodles.
- Top with crispy chicken.
- Drizzle extra sauce.
- Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
