Crispy Fried Chicken with Noodles & Sweet Chili Glaze

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Chicken

  • Slice chicken breasts lengthwise.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder.

2. Make Crispy Batter

  • Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, pepper.
  • Dip chicken into dry mix → buttermilk → dry mix again.
  • Press well for extra crunch.

3. Fry

  • Heat oil to 170–175°C (340°F).
  • Fry chicken 5–6 minutes until deep golden and crispy.
  • Drain on rack or paper towel.

4. Make Glaze

  • Simmer all glaze ingredients for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
  • Brush or drizzle over fried chicken.

5. Creamy Noodles

  • Cook noodles until al dente.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic.
  • Add cream, salt, pepper.
  • Toss noodles until silky.

6. Serve

  • Plate noodles.
  • Top with crispy chicken.
  • Drizzle extra sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions & sesame seeds.
