Instructions
1. Cut corn into short pieces and set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Place corn pieces into the skillet and cook, turning occasionally, until lightly golden on all sides.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and reduce heat to medium-low.
6. Sprinkle in Parmesan, herbs, pepper, paprika, and salt.
7. Simmer gently, turning corn to coat, until sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
8. Remove from heat and serve hot with extra sauce spooned over the corn.
