
CREAM CHEESE OREO DESSERT

1. Grind 30 Oreos in a food processor until they resemble flour.
2. Mix with melted butter.
3. Press the mixture into a 22–24 cm square or round pan to form the crust.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.

1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, and continue beating.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
5. Add 6–8 coarsely crushed Oreos.

1. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled Oreo base.
2. Sprinkle extra Oreo crumbs on top.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
