Step 1: Prepare the Crust
* In a bowl, mix the cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
* Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
* Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 23×33 cm (9×13 inch) baking dish.
* Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.

* Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
* Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
* Gently fold in the whipped topping until the texture is light and fluffy.
* Spread evenly over the crust.
