Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites – Sweet, Sticky, and Totally Addictive!

Instructions
Prep the Cinnamon Rolls
Open the can and separate the cinnamon rolls. Cut each roll into quarters (or smaller, bite-sized pieces for crispier edges).
Make the Egg Mixture
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth and well combined.
Dip the Bites
Gently toss the cinnamon roll pieces in the egg mixture until evenly coated—don’t oversoak.
Cook in Batches
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter. Once melted, add the soaked cinnamon roll bites in a single layer.
Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning frequently until golden and cooked through.
Plate and Drizzle
Stack the warm bites on a plate. Drizzle with the included icing, maple syrup, or your favorite glaze.
