Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Roll

Instructions

 

1️⃣ Make the sticky mixture

  1. In a pot over low heat, melt:
    • peanut butter
    • honey (or corn syrup)
    • butter
  2. Stir until smooth and combined.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the puffed rice until fully coated.

2️⃣ Form the base

  1. Place the rice mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
  2. Press it into a rectangular sheet (about 1–2 cm thick).
    • Tip: Grease your hands or a spatula so it doesn’t stick!

3️⃣ Add the chocolate filling

  1. Spread melted milk chocolate on top.
  2. Add swirls of melted peanut butter or Nutella if you like.
  3. Let it cool slightly so the filling thickens but stays spreadable.

4️⃣ Roll it up

  1. Using the parchment paper, roll it tightly like a sushi roll.
  2. Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.

5️⃣ Slice & Serve

  • Slice into rounds.
  • Drizzle with more chocolate or peanut butter.
  • Enjoy!
