Make the sticky mixture
- In a pot over low heat, melt:
- peanut butter
- honey (or corn syrup)
- butter
- Stir until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat and mix in the puffed rice until fully coated.
Form the base
- Place the rice mixture on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Press it into a rectangular sheet (about 1–2 cm thick).
- Tip: Grease your hands or a spatula so it doesn’t stick!
Add the chocolate filling
- Spread melted milk chocolate on top.
- Add swirls of melted peanut butter or Nutella if you like.
- Let it cool slightly so the filling thickens but stays spreadable.
Roll it up
- Using the parchment paper, roll it tightly like a sushi roll.
- Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours until firm.
Slice & Serve
- Slice into rounds.
- Drizzle with more chocolate or peanut butter.
- Enjoy!
