Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour and baking soda.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
