
Caramel Apple Fudge
Directions:
1. Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
2. In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Once boiling, let it cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and quickly stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
5. Add the marshmallow cream, apple pie spice, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
6. Fold in the chopped dried apple.
7. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
8. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the fudge.
9. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or until set.
10. Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve.
