80 g (⅓ cup) granulated sugar
2 g (½ tsp) fine sea salt
15 g (1½ tbsp) cornstarch
30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
5 ml (1 tsp) pure vanilla extract
Chocolate Glaze
85 g (½ cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate, 54–60% cacao)
60 ml (¼ cup) heavy cream
(Optional: pinch of espresso powder in glaze to deepen chocolate flavor)
