Protein Balls With Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup  rolled oats (old-fashioned)

    Breakfast Foods
  • ½ cup natural  peanut butter (or almond  butter)

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • ½ cup protein powder (whey or plant-based, vanilla or unflavored)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based, as needed)

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Pinch of salt
